Double-click Dicto.dmg, then drag Dicto into Applications.
First launch: right-click Dicto → Open → Open. (Unsigned app — this bypasses Gatekeeper once.)
Allow Microphone + Accessibility when asked, then hold ⌥, speak, release.
First launch downloads the voice model (~1 min). Then hold the key and talk — anywhere.
